Better Breathers Club - Providence Seaside Hospital

Providence Seaside, in conjunction with the American Lung Association, is offering a monthly Better Breathers Club. These sessions offer the opportunity to learn ways to cope with COPD, asthma, pulmonary fibrosis, and other respiratory issues, while getting the support of others who share in your struggles. Better Breathers Clubs monthly meetings feature educational presentations on a wide range of relevant topics, including: How COPD affects the lungs Breathing techniques Exercise Medications/ medical tests Supplemental oxygen Home healthcare Lung transplants Air pollution Smoking cessation Caregivers welcome to attend all meetings.
